A balanced diet includes carbohydrates, minerals, protein, vitamins, fat, fibre, and water.

Healthy Eating Plan

1. Vegetables- Vegetables are the most vital part of your child's meal. Iron, vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, and water are abundant in them. 

 The more greens you include in your child's meal, the greater his or her nutrition.

2. Fruits- Fruits bring flavour and variety to your meals. Fruits are typically eaten by students because they are syrupy, sweet, and tart in flavour.

3. Dairy Products- Milk and other dairy products are the richest sources of calcium. School-age children should have two glasses of milk each day. 

4. Grains- Grains help to manage our bodies' cholesterol levels, enhance digestion, and boost children's general immunity.

5. Proteins- Protein is another key component of your meal that repairs and regenerates cells.
